I am pesceterian who loves cooking and we are both very active, social and easygoing people. We are 2 people so of course we will pay more than 1 person.

We will also apply APL/CAF, I think the flat is convenient for it
The rent period will be 25th august 2022-25th august 2023 for us (but ok for less, we can easily adapt conditions)
